<\/div>\n<\/span>The constestants taking part in Celebrity Race Across the World<\/span>(Image: Shared Content Unit)<\/span><\/div>\nThe popular BBC series<\/a> that sees contestants racing each other across the globe is returning to our TV screens with a host of new celebrities taking on the epic challenge.<\/p>\nCelebrity Race Across the World<\/a> is the spin-off of the original, Race Across the World, and features famous faces and their loved ones competing in the travel challenge. The first celebrity version was won by BBC Radio 2 presenter Scott Mills and his Welsh husband Sam<\/a>.<\/p>\nThe 2025 celebrity edition comes hot on the heels of the original version when mother and son duo Caroline and Tom Bridge won the \u00a320,000 prize after racing approximately 8,700 miles from the Great Wall of China to the final checkpoint in Kanniyakumari, southern India.<\/p>\n

This time round the contestants swapping luxury for backpacks are:<\/p>\n
\n- Broadcaster and writer Anita Rani and her dad, Bal<\/strong><\/li>\n
- Actor Dylan Llewellyn and his mum, Jackie<\/strong><\/li>\n
- Partners, presenter and DJ Tyler West and actor and singer, Molly Rainford<\/strong><\/li>\n
- Broadcaster Roman Kemp and his sister, singer-songwriter, Harleymoon<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n

So that’s it. What a great, amazing way to spend some quality time with my dad and have a life changing experience.”<\/p>\nDylan said he wanted to take part because “it\u2019s such an amazing experience to be had”. He added: “I think it looks so beautiful and cool, and it’s just a giant adventure and who wouldn’t want to go on one of those? And to do it with my mum is a huge bonus. It’s a once in a lifetime thing to do, and to do it with a loved one is even better.”<\/p>\n
Newly-engaged Tyler said of joining the show with Molly: “It feels like we’ve been together years and years but to do something like this would take our relationship to the next level and bring us closer together.”<\/p>\n
Roman said of teaming up with his sister: ” I am very lucky that I do a lot of stuff with my dad, and I think that the reason I do those things is I can’t wait to show my kids or my grandkids what my relationship was like with my dad. With this, it’s such a privilege to be able to do something so special with your sister.”<\/p>\n
