Now that he\u2019s got Cane\u2019s AI software, Victor is the most powerful man in Genoa City. Victor wants to use the software not only to acquire Jabot but also to destroy Cane\u2019s empire.<\/p>\n When Adam (Mark Grossman) tells Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) about the latest development in the Victor and Cane war, she\u2019s thrilled.
