The 41-year-old reality star took to her Instagram Story on Sunday, August 10, and shared a glimpse of a giant wicker basket sent by Meghan, 44. The gift included lots of fresh vegetables \u2014 tomatoes, corn and squash \u2014 plus [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
\u201cI had secured As Ever as a name in 2022, and then as everything started to evolve last year, and bringing in a partner the size that it was, it was just so interesting,\u201d Meghan recalled on an April episode of her \u201cConfessions of a Female Founder\u201d podcast<\/a>. \u201cI said, \u2018I like [the brand\u2019s initial name] American Riviera as an umbrella,\u2019 and then be able to have verticals beneath it. And maybe have the \u2018Orchard\u2019 really small. But when that\u2019s not feasible \u2026 suddenly it became this word salad. I didn\u2019t love that so much.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\nThank You!<\/h3>\n

Let\u2019s use the name that I protected for a reason that had sort of been under wraps,\u2019 and then we were able to focus in the quiet and put our heads down and build on something that no one was sniffing around to even see about. It was really just helpful to have that quiet period.\u201d<\/p>\n
According to Meghan, she changed the brand\u2019s name back to As Ever after signing a deal with Netflix.<\/p>\n
