The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame can\u2019t get enough of Bad Company<\/strong>.<\/p>\n The ’70s supergroup, made up of\u00a0Paul Rodgers<\/strong>, Simon Kirke<\/strong>,\u00a0Mick Ralphs<\/strong> and Boz Burrell<\/strong>,\u00a0was inducted into the Rock Hall Saturday night in Los Angeles, with Fleetwood Mac<\/strong>\u2019s Mick Fleetwood<\/strong> welcoming them into the prestigious music institution.<\/p>\n Fleetwood called BadCo “one of the best rock \u2018n’ roll bands of all time,”\u00a0noting that frontman Rodgers “is the voice that every rock singer holds as their North Star.” He added, “To listen to a Bad Company song is to hear a once-in-a-lifetime voice take rock music to new heights.”<\/p>\n “Bad Company was grounded in the blues, but also created uniform, unforgettable pop melodies,” he said. “They helped define the musical path ahead for rock music.”<\/p>\n With Rodgers pulling out of the ceremony just days before it\u00a0took place due to his health, Kirke was the only member of the band to attend the ceremony. He acknowledged Rodgers, calling him \u201cone of the greatest rock singers of all time.” He also recognized his late bandmates Ralphs and Burrell, noting they’re “amongst us in the stars tonight.”<\/p>\n “They say it\u2019s better to travel than to arrive, but I don\u2019t know, tonight I\u2019ve arrived with the band, and I\u2019m so grateful,” he added.<\/p>\n Kirke also got a chance to step back behind the drum kit, backing an all-star lineup that included Aerosmith<\/strong>\u2019s Joe Perry\u00a0<\/strong>and Heart<\/strong>\u2019s Nancy Wilson<\/strong>, with The Black Crowes<\/strong>‘ Chris Robinson<\/strong>\u00a0handling the vocals\u00a0on “Feel Like Makin’ Love,” and Bryan Adams<\/strong> taking over the mic for “Can\u2019t Get Enough.”<\/p>\n Highlights from the 2025 Rock Hall induction ceremony will air Jan. 1 on ABC.<\/p>\n Copyright \u00a9 2025, ABC Audio.
