\t\t<\/p>\n Ncuti Gatwa<\/strong><\/a> and Cynthia Erivo<\/strong><\/a> are set to star in an animated movie musical together!<\/p>\n It was just announced that the 33-year-old Doctor Who actor has joined the 38-year-old Wicked<\/strong><\/a> star in the upcoming Bad Fairies, according to The Wrap<\/a>. <\/p>\n Keep reading to find out more\u2026<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n Directed by Megan Nicole Dong<\/strong> and co-directed by Olivier Staphylas<\/strong>, the movie is reportedly described as \u201can original musical comedy that follows a delightfully subversive gang of fairies as they shake up their magical world.\u201d <\/p>\n Deborah Frances-White<\/strong> penned the script, with songs by Tony-winning duo Toby Marlow<\/strong><\/a> and Lucy Moss<\/strong><\/a> and a score and contribution to songs by Isabella \u201cMachine\u201d Summers<\/strong>, who you may know from Florence + The Machine<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n Bad Fairies is slated to release in theaters on May 21, 2027 from Warner Bros Animation and Locksmith Animation. <\/p>\n Cynthia<\/strong> is, of course, set to star in the upcoming movie musical Wicked: For Good<\/strong><\/a>, which debuts in theaters later this month. <\/p>\n <\/span><\/p><\/div>\n
