In an email to staff, seen by Capital Brief<\/i>, Laing said the decision was made by the division\u2019s leadership team following a review of its operations over the last few months. She said the review has focused on the division\u2019s news, sport, Stan, marketing and creative teams.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe new operating model formally brings together teams across Stan, Channel 9 and 9Now. It is designed to reduce duplication, drive greater collaboration and deliver commercial growth for Nine, while working to offset the challenging external advertising market.\u00a0<\/p>\n
