He is begging his elder brother to give him a \u201cprivate cook, a housekeeper, and a secretary-cum-butler, plus gardeners\u201d. He is also demanding that he \u201cwants the right to roam, rather than being confined to quarters\u201d especially since he has been banned from the riding in the grounds of Windsor Castle to stay away from the public eye.<\/p>\n
The insider insisted that the King\u2019s brother will \u201ccertainly go quietly and allow the Royal Family to save face\u201d but he still has conditions.<\/p>\n
