Katy Perry, Teddy Swims and Pete Tong have been announced as the first headliners for next summer’s new Blenheim Palace Festival.<\/p>\n
The festival at the Oxfordshire stately home will run between 27 June and 1 July, organisers have announced.<\/p>\n
It comes after Nocturne Live Oxfordshire revealed earlier this year that it would no longer be staging its outdoor music festival<\/a> at the site after a decade of shows.<\/p>\n Tickets go on presale on Wednesday and Thursday before going on general sale on Friday.<\/p>\n The festival has been organised by live music promoters Cuffe & Taylor and event producers IMG Arts & Entertainment.<\/p>\n Teddy Swims is known for his soulful and powerful vocals [BBC]<\/p>\n It will begin with Tong and The Essential Orchestra putting a classic spin on his iconic Ibiza Classics live album.<\/p>\n Electronic music pioneer Danny Rampling and Radio 1 DJ Sarah Story will also perform on the same evening.<\/p>\n Three days later, Teddy Swims will be joined by singer-songwriter Lauren Spencer Smith to perform his hits – including 2023’s Lose Control, which topped charts around the globe.<\/p>\n Then, on 1 July, Perry will take to the stage to perform a set that is likely to combine her noughties anthems like I Kissed a Girl with some of her newer material.<\/p>\n The festival at Blenheim Palace will take place at the end of June and start of July [Cuffe & Taylor]<\/p>\n Heather Carter, Blenheim Palace’s managing director, said: “With incredible artists and a stunning setting, this festival is all about great music, good vibes, and unforgettable summer nights.”<\/p>\n Cuffe and Taylor co-founder Peter Taylor said it was an “incredible honour” to host the festival at “one of the most iconic and inspiring locations in the country”.<\/p>\n “Launching this event marks the start of something very exciting, and we’re setting the stage for a world-class celebration of music and culture,” he said.<\/p>\n “This is just the beginning.”<\/p>\n Organisers confirmed that two more headliners would be announced at a later date.<\/p>\n You can follow BBC Oxfordshire<\/a> on Facebook<\/a>, X (Twitter)<\/a>, or Instagram<\/a>. <\/p>\n<\/span><\/div>\n
