(KATV) \u2014 <\/span>World-renowned entertainer Carmen Electra will be coming down to Hot Springs to serve as the celebrity grand marshal in the 23rd Annual World’s Shortest St. Patrick’s Day Parade. <\/p>\n The Parade, which takes place on March 17, 2026, has helped bring worldwide attention to Hot Springs ever since its inception in 2003.
