KPop Demon Hunters <\/em>may very well be taking home some golden gramophones soon, and Lizzo<\/a> is celebrating with a \u201cGolden\u201d cover of the film\u2019s biggest hit \u2014 flute style, of course.<\/p>\n On Saturday (Nov. 8), the hitmaker shared an Instagram video of herself playing a lively classical rendition of eight-week Billboard Hot 100<\/a>-topper \u201cGolden\u201d on her signature instrument, the trilling melody soaring over a lush string accompaniment provided by the Australian Pop Quartet. \u201c\u2018GOLDEN\u2019 (Sasha\u2019s version),\u201d Lizzo wrote in her caption, referencing the Beyonc\u00e9-inspired name she gave her trusty woodwind long ago (Sasha Flute).<\/p>\n More from Billboard<\/strong><\/p>\n She added, \u201ccongrats to @kpopdemonhuntersnetflix on all ur Grammy noms!\u201d<\/p>\n The post came just one day after the Recording Academy unveiled nominations<\/a> for next year\u2019s awards, revealing that KPop Demon Hunters <\/em>is up for a total of four prizes. \u201cGolden\u201d accounts for three of those nods, earning recognition in the song of the year, best pop duo\/group performance and best song written for visual media categories.<\/p>\n In an interview with Billboard <\/em>shortly after the nominations went live, Audrey Nuna \u2014 one of three women who provided the singing voices for fictional KPop Demon Hunters<\/em> girl group HUNTR\/X \u2014 said that she and her costars\u2019 \u201chearts [were] being pulled in so many different directions.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cAbove all, I think we\u2019re just very, very, very grateful to be a part of what feels like a very cultural and historic moment, and something that, as kids, we would have we craved so bad to see,\u201d she shared. \u201cBeing a part of it is just really surreal.\u201d<\/p>\n Lizzo herself is a decorated Grammy veteran, earning her first three wins in 2019 \u2014 including for best pop solo performance for breakthrough hit \u201cTruth Hurts.\u201d In 2023, she took home record of the year for No. 1 Hot 100 hit \u201cAbout Damn Time.\u201d<\/p>\n The Yitty founder is now on her way to a new music era, dropping rap mixtape My Face Hurts From Smiling<\/em> in June. She\u2019d originally been planning to release an album called Love in Real Life<\/em>, but recently explained why she\u2019s since shelved the project. \u201cI\u2019ve changed, the world has changed so much, and so much has happened,\u201d she told New York <\/em>magazine in September. \u201cIt just wasn\u2019t what I was feeling right now.
