Who is returning for Selling the OC<\/em> season 4?<\/h2>\n

Following the release of season 3 (which dropped back in May 2024), creator Adam DiVello revealed there would be a cast shakeup ahead of the next season.<\/p>\n

\u201cA lot has changed in the real lives of those agents since season 3, so it\u2019s exciting to get back down there,\u201d he told Tudum<\/a> in January, noting filming would begin that spring. He also revealed there would be \u201ca lot of new faces\u201d this time around.<\/p>\n

So…who\u2019s in and who\u2019s out? For returning cast members, you can expect to see Jason Oppenheim, Alex Hall, Polly Brindle, Gio Helou, Austin Victoria, and Brandi Marshall. Tyler Stanaland<\/a> will also be part of the season 4 cast, despite leaving The Oppenheim Group to join his family\u2019s brokerage.<\/p>\n

However, this season will not include several familiar faces, including Kayla Cardona, Alexandra Jarvis, Alexandra Rose, Ali Harper, Sean Palmieri, and Lauren Shortt.<\/p>\n

Who is joining the cast for Selling the OC<\/em> season 4?<\/h2>\n

To replace the six (!!) cast members who\u2019ve departed since season 3, we\u2019ll be introduced to three new agents this season: Fiona Belle, Ashtyn Zerboni, and Kaylee Ricciardi. A little about them:<\/p>\n

At 23, Fiona is coming in as the youngest member of The O Group, having just graduated from UC San Diego.<\/p>\n

Ashtyn, meanwhile, is joining the group from the San Diego office, where she apparently got a reputation for starting drama.<\/p>\n

And finally, we\u2019ve got Kaylee, who mentioned during the Selling Sunset<\/em> season 9 reunion that she developed a closest bond with Austin during her first season on the show, which is…interesting!<\/p>\n
