Jack Osbourne<\/a> has revealed what his mum Sharon and sister Kelly think of him going on I’m A Celebrity<\/a>, months after his father Ozzy’s death.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The Black Sabbath legend died of heart failure aged 76 at his Buckinghamshire home on July 22, just two weeks after performing a farewell concert with his bandmates at Birmingham<\/a>‘s Villa Park.<\/p>\n

In the wake of Ozzy’s death, Jack, 42, will head to the jungle as part of a star-studded line-up, including Kelly Brooks, Aitch and Alex Scott<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n

In a new interview, Jack says his family have given him their full support and hope taking part in the show will help him in his grief.\u00a0<\/p>\n

‘Mum and Kelly, they are absolutely going to be watching. They are supportive,’ he says.\u00a0<\/p>\n

‘It’s absolutely going to be hard leaving them behind. I have got lots of kids, my wife, and my family still in the wake of my dad passing. It is going to be difficult, that is for sure.\u00a0<\/p>\n

‘It’s not the longest amount of time I’ve been away from them.\u00a0<\/p>\n

‘I’ve gone on different trips filming Adrenaline Junkie for nearly two months without a phone, but I still had access to one and I was able to make calls home.\u00a0<\/p>\n

‘It’s going to be very difficult not speaking to my wife and kids. But yes, I do hope I can make my family proud.’\u00a0<\/p>\n

Ozzy had been battling a number of health issues in the years leading up to his death<\/a>, including a fall in 2019 at the family’s home which saw his condition further deteriorate.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The rocker passed away surrounded by his family after performing his final show in Birmingham.\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n

Jack says he is looking forward to throwing himself into the I’m A Celebrity\u2026 jungle life to take his mind off his heartache.<\/p>\n

He says: ‘I definitely had to think about doing this programme.\u00a0<\/p>\n

‘It’s an absolute commitment but the real reason why it is popular is people sit at home saying, “Could I do that?”, so I think a lot of why I’ve said ‘yes’ is the intrigue and how would I survive that? I am very nervous though!’\u00a0<\/p>\n

Jack admits he is ‘not great with bugs’ but isn’t bothered by a heights when it comes to a Bushtucker Trial challenge.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Asked if he will be a great peacemaker in camp given his family\u2019s no-holds-barred banter on their hit reality show The Osbournes, Jack says. ‘Sometimes I can get pretty sh***y when I am worn out. I don\u2019t know. It will be case by case, but generally I am a pretty positive person.’<\/span><\/p>\n

The survival reality show, presented by\u00a0<\/span>Declan Donnelly<\/span>, 50, and <\/span>Ant McPartlin<\/span>, 49, will be back on the popular channel this coming Sunday (November 16).<\/span><\/p>\n

Irish TV personality,\u00a0Vogue Williams<\/a>, and beloved Celebs Go Dating<\/a> receptionist, Tom Read Wilson, have been confirmed as the late entries to this year’s I’m A Celeb<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Each year, two contestants enter a week later than the first batch of 10 celebrities and typically have to complete their own task before joining the rest of the camp.\u00a0<\/p>\n
