The Palm Springs International Film Festival is recognizing \u201cSinners<\/a>\u201d star Michael B. Jordan<\/a> with the 2025 Icon Award, the organization announced Tuesday.<\/p>\n

The actor will be honored for his celebrated dual performance as twin brothers Elijah \u201cSmoke\u201d and Elias \u201cStack\u201d Moore, World War I veterans who return to Mississippi in the 1930s and find themselves fighting against a traveling tribe of vampires. \u201cSinners<\/a>,\u201d which earned critical raves and $375 million at the box office, was directed by Jordan\u2019s \u201cBlack Panther<\/a>\u201d collaborator Ryan Coogler<\/a>.<\/p>\n
