Based in Nashville, Young will report to CFO Tom Kelly and lead SMP\u2019s global technology strategy, driving transformation efforts to enhance growth, scalability, and operational efficiency across the company\u2019s songwriter and catalog services.<\/p>\n Young brings over 25 years of experience in executive IT and product leadership, with a track record spanning media, fintech, and internet infrastructure sectors. Most recently, he served as Chief Product and Technology Officer at Chatham Financial, where he oversaw global product development and technology operations for the world\u2019s largest independent financial risk advisory firm.<\/p>\n Before Chatham, Young spent over six years at Thomson Reuters, culminating in his role as Chief Technology Officer for Reuters.
