David Harbour<\/a><\/strong> is trading his uniform and police badge for overalls and a gray beard. The Stranger Things<\/a>star looked nearly unrecognizable as filming began on his new movie, Evil Genius, in Woodbridge, New Jersey.<\/p>\n Wearing a fat suit, dark-framed glasses and a tan winter jacket, Harbour seemed completely transformed \u2014 quite a dramatic departure from his iconic Jim Hopper on Netflix\u2019s hit series.<\/p>\n Harbour, 50, rounded out the look with gray hair and a blue short-sleeve work shirt. At the time, he tried to rob a bank in Erie, Pennsylvania, while wearing a explosive around his neck. Tragically, Wells died when it went off after the robbery.<\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019ve been fascinated by \u2018Evil Genius\u2019 since I first saw the documentary,\u201d Cox, told Deadline<\/a> when the project was announced on November 5. \u201cIt\u2019s stranger than fiction,\u201d she added.<\/p>\n \u201cAt moments darkly funny and yet deeply emotional.
