TalkTV<\/a> presenter Mike Graham has been sacked from his breakfast programme following his suspension in October, which came after a racist Facebook post<\/a>, which he insisted was down to him being hacked. The 65-year-old’s social media page showed a photo of a Churchill statue alongside a picture of a crowded Tube carriage, with the caption: “Tell me we’re not f***ed by multicultural b***cks.”<\/p>\n It also read: “Why are we surrounded by non-white people? Just f*** off,” and among the passengers who sat innocently during their journey was a woman wearing a hijab. However, after an onslaught of backlash, the broadcaster stated that his Facebook account had been hacked and he did not create the \u201cvile message\u201d, which he said was \u201cposted without my knowledge.\u201d Despite an almost identical photo of the statue of Winston Churchill having been posted on Mike’s X\/Twitter account just moments before the Facebook post was published. On Wednesday (November 12), staff were informed that Mike will not be returning to Talk following the “abhorrent and vile post”.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n Initially taking to X to deny the upload, Mike penned: “On Sunday night, my Facebook was accessed and a vile message was posted on my page without my knowledge.\u00a0<\/p>\n “It contained words that I would never write and an opinion I don’t share. As soon as I found out, I immediately deleted the post and have taken steps to ensure my cybersecurity.”<\/p>\n During his suspension, Mike’s morning talk show was presented by Jeremy Kyle. It is understood that Graham initially agreed to an independent investigation into the incident, but he later “reneged on several opportunities to co-operate”, bosses claimed.<\/p>\n Just earlier this week, the former TalkTV star took to social media with an emotional statement thanking his supporters pending the result of the investigation.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div>\n In a video on X\/Twitter, Mike said: “I just want to say thank you to all of you brilliant listeners and viewers who have sent me some of the most brilliant messages of support over the past couple of weeks. I really appreciate it. I’ve read every single one.
