Joey Lawrence<\/strong><\/a>\u2018s wife, Samantha Cope<\/strong>, is pregnant with their second baby together \u2014 his fourth \u2014 after their brief split and reconciliation.<\/a><\/p>\n

The couple broke the news to Entertainment Tonight<\/em><\/a> on Tuesday, November 12, while attending the live taping of Dancing With the Stars\u2019 20th Birthday Party episode. Lawrence, 49, and Cope, 38, were asked about their matching outfits when the actor clarified it wasn\u2019t intentional.<\/p>\n

\u201cNothing is planned. Not even this,\u201d he said before pointing to Cope\u2019s baby bump. \u201cThis isn\u2019t planned.\u201d<\/p>\n

Cope confirmed that she is feeling \u201cgreat\u201d before the pair revealed they are expecting a baby boy.<\/p>\n

Lawrence rose to stardom in the early \u201880s on shows such as Blossom and Brotherly Love. He was previously married to Michelle Vella for three years before their 2005 split. Lawrence later tied the knot with Chandie Yawn-Nelson, and [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u201cI got the older girls and then we have our little one, Dylan, who is 3, and then we got this little guy,\u201d Lawrence gushed. \u201cThey are so excited. This one is a boy \u2014 first one ever \u2014 so everyone is excited that they are going to have a little brother. That is what is so cool.\u201d<\/p>\n

Lawrence was previously married to Michelle Vella<\/strong> for three years before their 2005 split. He later tied the knot with Chandie Yawn-Nelson<\/strong>, and the pair were together for more than 15 years before ending their marriage. The former couple share daughters Charleston, 19, and Liberty, 15.<\/p>\n

Amid his divorce from Yawn-Nelson, Lawrence moved on with Cope while working<\/a> on a Lifetime movie.<\/p>\n

\u201cSo, we met there and out of nowhere, you know, it was a crazy year and a half for everybody, obviously the whole world,\u201d he exclusively told Us Weekly<\/em> in 2021, referring to the COVID pandemic. \u201cThen when you least expect [it], amazing things happen and meeting her has just been really the greatest thing ever.\u201d<\/p>\n

The couple exchanged vows in 2022 and welcomed their first baby together, daughter Dylan, one year later. Cope filed for divorce from Lawrence after the pair quietly separated in June 2024. By the end of the year, however, the pair reconciled. Us<\/em> confirmed in December 2024 that Cope had filed to dismiss<\/a> her divorce petition.<\/p>\n
