Hollywood actress Sally Kirkland has died at the age of 84 after a battle with dementia, her rep told TMZ<\/a> on Tuesday.<\/p>\n

Last year, a GoFundMe page <\/a>was created for Kirkland, a New York native, to help with medical costs for the \u201csignificant health crisis,\u201d the celebrity.land reported.<\/a><\/p>\n

In her 60-year career, Kirkland appeared in more than 250 film and television projects. The Oscar-nominated actress starred in the 1987 comedy drama \u201cAnna.\u201d Prior to that, she was featured in Andy Warhol\u2019s experimental film, \u201cThe 13 Most Beautiful Women.\u201d<\/p>\n

Millennials might remember Kirkland for roles throughout the 1990s and 2000s in projects that included \u201cBruce Almighty,\u201d \u201cJFK,\u201d and \u201cRoseanne.\u201d<\/p>\n
