Her jealousy leads her to a flirty encounter with Chet, who becomes her date for all the family\u2019s joint holiday festivities.<\/p>\nSilverstone, 49, and Fode had to engage in a series of sexy moments together throughout the film, which the actor admitted was also nerve-wracking. \u201cI mean, Alicia is iconic. She\u2019s Cher from Clueless. That\u2019s pretty epic,\u201d he pointed out.<\/p>\n
The anxiety quickly \u201cdissipated,\u201d however, once the pair got comfortable with each other on set. Carr\u2019s willingness to let the cast improv was also a big help. \u201cI was just like, \u2018Oh, there\u2019s total freedom on the set. You can kind of do no wrong, and he\u2019ll just guide you back in the right direction,\u2019 where it\u2019s like, \u2018Oh, this is the right choice.
