Now he\u2019s just revealed a major <em>Jeopardy! <\/em>consistency that I never thought about, but will now.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Jennings took to <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/DQxzZwHienN\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" data-ylk=\"slk:Instagram;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas\" class=\"link \">Instagram<\/a> to share a piece of so-called \u201cboring\u201d <em>Jeopardy! <\/em>trivia that&#8217;s actually pretty interesting. He revealed that the production numbers currently being used don\u2019t actually square up with the total number of eps produced, which goes back to mistakes made decades ago.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Luckily, production makes sure that everyone knows the episode number by way of a giant screen behind the scenes. Check out his post below:<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">It\u2019s not unusual for a show\u2019s production count to not match the episode count, but that\u2019s usually depending on when the episodes are filmed since that can be out of order. It\u2019s unknown what exactly happened with the number inconsistency all those years ago, but it\u2019s now going to be something I won\u2019t stop thinking about. At the very least, everyone on the show knows how many episodes they\u2019re truly on. I just wish there was a counter like that for the fans.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">That being said, it is pretty crazy to see that <em>Jeopardy!<\/em> has just over 9,400 episodes under its belt. The series is arguably one of the <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.cinemablend.com\/television\/the-best-tv-game-shows-of-all-time-ranked\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" data-ylk=\"slk:best game shows of all time;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas\" class=\"link \">best game shows of all time<\/a>, and there doesn\u2019t seem to be an end in sight.
