The Tuesday, November 11, episode of Dancing With the Stars<\/a><\/em> was a milestone moment, and for eagle-eyed fans, the surprises were not just confined to the main stage.<\/p>\n The Dancing With the Stars<\/em> 20th anniversary special episode honored the beloved competition show, with Tom Bergeron<\/a> returning to guest judge alongside DWTS<\/em> favs Carrie Ann Inaba<\/a>, Bruno Tonioli<\/a>, and Derek Hough<\/a>.<\/p>\n In addition to all six of the original pro dancers returning to perform, viewers looked back on the show\u2019s history, along with highlights and most memorable moments. The episode also included a heartfelt tribute to the DWTS<\/em> contestants who have passed, along with plenty of familiar faces and a few surprises.<\/p>\n But a big shock for many was in the audience, as Season 1 Winner Kelly Monaco<\/a> was spotted cheering next to Season 6 winner Kristi Yamaguchi<\/a>.<\/p>\n In a post on X (formerly Twitter), one fan posted a picture of Monaco with the caption: \u201cGuys, I just about jumped outta my seat!!!!!! Look who it is!\u201d<\/p>\n Monaco, best known for her role as Sam McCall on General Hospital<\/a><\/em>, competed in the inaugural season of DWTS<\/em> back in 2005 with professional partner Alec Mazo. The duo shared the show\u2019s first \u201cjourney arc\u201d success as they started a bit rough, but their steady improvement led to landing the coveted Mirrorball trophy.<\/p>\n Monaco returned for DWTS<\/em> All-Stars<\/em> in 2012, again partnered with Mazo, but was eliminated before the finals.<\/p>\n
