He suggested that the now-monarch would welcome Meghan\u2019s acknowledgement of veterans, particularly considering <a target=\"_blank\" data-link-tracking=\"InArticle|Link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.express.co.uk\/news\/royal\/2132849\/prince-harry-regrets-leaving-britain\">Prince Harry<\/a>&#8216;s own military background.<\/p>\n<p>In conversation with ReachPlc, Grant discussed Meghan\u2019s decision to share footage of her husband in military uniform on Veterans Day in the United States. The post was accompanied by the caption: \u201cAs my husband says, &#8216;Once served. Always serving.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Thank you to all who served, sacrificed, and continue to serve. Honoring you on Veterans Day and every day.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Considering Meghan\u2019s choice to publish the footage and its potential effect on Harry\u2019s father, Grant indicated that he believed it would not create any difficulties, <a target=\"_blank\" data-link-tracking=\"InArticle|Link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.mirror.co.uk\/news\/royals\/king-charles-former-employee-shares-36238115\" rel=\"nofollow\">reports the Mirror<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Grant said: &#8220;It&#8217;s a very powerful video, and a very emotive post. It&#8217;s definitely showing Meghan&#8217;s move to a more &#8216;celebrity&#8217; approach to social media, sharing the video she wants and feels are important on key days.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;It&#8217;s a really nice post. I don&#8217;t think the Royal Family will feel badly about it at all, I think they will approve it.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;She&#8217;s marking Veterans Day &#8211; which is America&#8217;s version of Remembrance Day &#8211; and showing her pride in the active service her husband undertook.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The King was extremely proud of his son serving in Afghanistan, and he will be glad at Meghan acknowledging and respecting this.&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.express.co.uk\/latest\/meghan-markle\" data-link-tracking=\"InArticle|AutoLink\">Meghan Markle<\/a> highlighted Harry\u2019s military service in a video, while the Prince himself penned an essay to commemorate Remembrance Day. <em>The Independent<\/em> reports that in his essay, Harry emphasised the purpose of the annual memorial, recognising the sacrifices made both in the past and present.<\/p>\n<p>Harry wrote: &#8220;Remembrance has never been about glorifying war.
