A Dubliner with music in his bones, he\u2019s spent over 16 years performing with Damien Dempsey, recently touring with Elvis Costello, and continues to share his craft as both performer and teacher. His latest solo album, <em>Salamanca<\/em>, is a powerful celebration of the art and soul of Irish piping.<\/p>\n<h4>ANNIE-DOG<\/h4>\n<p><strong>Annie-Dog<\/strong> is a self-producing artist crafting bittersweet, shape-shifting pop that lives somewhere between grunge and Grimes. Influenced by singular voices like Dean Blunt, Imogen Heap, and Alex G, her sound is intimate, offbeat and ever-evolving. The programme explores empathy, belonging and shared futures, and features a line-up of fascinating voices from all walks of life. There\u2019ll also be special performances from <strong>Dove Ellis<\/strong>, poet <strong>Dairena N\u00ed Chinn\u00e9ide<\/strong>, and more. It\u2019s a place to wander, listen, and reflect &#8211; a joyful celebration of our native tongue and a space where language, culture, and community come together.<\/p>\n<p>Best of all, Cogar is open and free to everyone.
