kissing scene during the filming of \u201cIt Ends With Us.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>An exhibit filed by Wayfarer and others on Nov. 13 included a brief clip in which Lively and Baldoni \u2014 who co-starred in the movie \u2014 share a light kiss while passing in a hallway in a hospital.<\/p>\n<p>Per People, attorneys for Baldoni <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/people.com\/justin-baldoni-accuses-blake-lively-improvising-kiss-deleted-scene-11848993\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">alleged in documents <\/a>that the \u201cGossip Girl\u201d alum, 38, \u201cadded [the scene] to the script, in which her character kissed Baldoni\u2019s character in every take, although there was no kiss in the\u00a0script.\u201d<\/p>\n<p id=\"mntl-sc-block_8-0\">The footage from May 2023 \u2014 which is just over one minute long \u2014 shows Lively, who plays Lily, come across Baldoni, who plays neurosurgeon Ryle, as he works at the apologizing for interrupting his day and planting a quick kiss on his lips. <\/p>\n<p>She then leaves Ryle, telling him she \u201chappen[s] to love him too\u201d on the way out. <\/p>\n<p>Baldoni\u2019s character watches her exit with a bemused expression, tossing his phone before saying, \u201cAlright, cut.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>A rep for Lively did not immediately respond to Page href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2024\/12\/31\/celebrity-news\/blake-lively-sues-justin-baldoni-over-it-ends-with-us-feud\/\">sued the film\u2019s director<\/a> Baldoni, 41, for alleged sexual harassment and retaliation in December 2024. <\/p>\n<p>Baldoni denied wrongdoing and hit back with a <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2025\/01\/16\/celebrity-news\/justin-baldoni-drags-taylor-swift-into-it-ends-with-us-legal-battle-as-he-sues-blake-lively-ryan-reynolds-for-400m\/\">$400 million countersuit\u00a0<\/a>against Lively, her husband Ryan Reynolds, as well as others, in January, though it was later\u00a0<a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2025\/06\/09\/celebrity-news\/judge-tosses-justin-baldonis-400m-lawsuit-against-blake-lively-ryan-reynolds\/\">dismissed by the judge<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Lively\u2019s original complaint accused the director of alleged \u201cimprovised physical intimacy that had not been rehearsed, choreographed or discussed with Ms. Lively.\u201d <\/p>\n<p>After a January 2024 meeting between Lively and Reynolds, as well as producers, Wayfarer agreed to employ an intimacy coordinator and stated that there would be \u201cno more improvising of kissing,\u201d per Lively\u2019s complaint.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><figcaption>In the scene, Lily also tells Ryle she loves him. <span \/>\n\t<\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Baldoni\u2019s legal team had previously claimed only scripted kissing scenes were filmed before the Hollywood strikes. <\/p>\n<p>However, they also claimed the alleged new unscripted kissing scene was filmed prior to the industry strikes on May 13, 2023. <\/p>\n<p id=\"mntl-sc-block_21-0\">\u201cLively also complains that there was inappropriate and improvised kissing during the first period of filming, before the strike break,\u201d Baldoni\u2019s since-dismissed complaint read, per People. <\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image
