Prince Harry is in pursuit of making a royal return, and as a result, he\u2019s toned down his remarks, but when it comes to Meghan Markle<\/a>, she\u2019s been a little more outspoken than usual, and one royal expert has a theory on why that is.<\/span><\/p>\n Ian Pelham Turner<\/a> believes Harry has mellowed out<\/a> and with Meghan being the more dominant of the two<\/a>, it seems like the Sussexes have found a nice balance.<\/p>\n According to Pelham Turner, a former royal photographer at the Palace, Meghan has a strong personality, which works out because Harry is a bit gentler.<\/p>\n He said, \u201cHarry will comment about certain things, but he’s toned down a lot as well, and he’s letting Meghan be slightly more outspoken, more resourceful.<\/p>\n \u201cI think in reality, Meghan is a world leader.
