It will not be available for streaming on\u00a0Spotify, the band have stipulated in an Instagram post.<\/p>\n<p>Writing on social media, they said: &#8220;From next year we will release a cache of work created in the recent past. Tracks will be available physically and digitally via a new label. With a Spotify exception.&#8221; They also invited fans to join a <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.whatsapp.com\/channel\/0029VbBy36fJf05j7pjdb52G?fbclid=PAZXh0bgNhZW0CMTEAc3J0YwZhcHBfaWQMMjU2MjgxMDQwNTU4AAGnhRcokCC2xLh6q1p3bhQM5gQlJ3Lz69-SZaY11CUhgmIAOZoi2WQyh76-nOY_aem_Em8HdstLjRVfHYiYcmc-jw\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer external nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"Official Massive Attack channel\">WhatsApp channel<\/a> in order to gain access to announcements about the new 2026 releases, as well as special performances by the group.<\/p>\n<p>Massive Attack made their opposition to Spotify known earlier this year when they asked their label, UMG, to remove their music from the platform due to Spotify CEO Daniel Ek&#8217;s investment into a company creating drones and artificial intelligence systems for military organisations.
