Selena Gomez has described the early days of her marriage to Benny Blanco as a “dream.”<\/p>\n

The 33-year-old star married the record producer<\/a> in a California<\/a> ceremony in September and has been enjoying their first few weeks as a married couple<\/a>.<\/p>\n

In an interview with Zane Lowe on Apple Music 1, the DJ congratulated<\/a> her, “Congratulations on finally finding happiness with someone in your life you get to share your experiences with, and I’m sure it was just a wonderful occasion.<\/p>\n

“But doesn’t it just get better in the days that follow and the months and the years that will follow?”<\/p>\n

To which Selena responded, “I definitely can agree to that. It’s been just a dream so far.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

“And I know it’ll come with ebbs and flows, but (he’s) the most beautiful person I could do that with.”<\/p>\n

Previously, Selena shared the “joyful” experience of marriage with her followers on social media.<\/p>\n

The Only Murders in the Building actress posted on Instagram last month, “As I step into one of the most special seasons of my life, I can’t help but think of you, my incredible friends who have been with me through every twist, turn and chapter.<\/p>\n

“From my first days on screen to the songs we’ve sung together, and now to this new beginning, your love and support have meant more to me than I could ever truly put into words.”<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

However, Selena recently admitted that she broke down in tears after her wedding because she feared she could “die the next day.”<\/p>\n

Speaking at Fortune’s Most Powerful Women conference last month, the Hands to Myself singer expressed, “I would say that’s my biggest conflict sometimes when wonderful things happen.<\/p>\n

“I got married and then I was sobbing because I was like, ‘I’m gonna die the next day.’ I just think that’s a little life thing.”<\/p>\n

Selena was responding after journalist Ellie Austin informed her that her Rare Beauty brand was valued at more than $2 billion.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

However, theEmilia Perez star insisted she didn’t feel like she deserved to be in the room at the conference.<\/p>\n

Explaining her perspective, she said, “This is how I work personally, but something great happens in my life, I expect something bad to happen.<\/p>\n

“So instead of being present and saying, ‘Okay, wow, we’ve done a great thing’, which I do, I’m always thinking, ‘Okay, but this could all go away tomorrow, so how can I make sure that doesn’t happen?'”<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
