The future of Real Housewives of Potomac<\/em> looks to be a doozy.<\/p>\n A mid-season trailer screened for fans at BravoCon on Friday, Nov. 14 and featured the usual dramatic antics between its stars. But one shocking appearance came at the end of the spot that had fans whooping and then applauding at the convention, according to Variety<\/em><\/a>.<\/p>\n Karen Huger<\/strong> steps into the spotlight before the trailer ends, sitting down for a post-prison interview with Andy Cohen<\/strong> \u2014 who serves as executive producer of the Real Housewives<\/em> franchise.<\/p>\n Huger, 62, was released from prison on Sept. 2, after serving six months<\/a> for driving under the influence and driving while impaired, among other charges. She proclaimed her innocence throughout season 9 of RHOP and insisted that she would be exonerated, Variety<\/em> reports. The TV personality did not attend the season 9 reunion, which was taped after her conviction, but did record a video message saying, \u201cNo, I\u2019m not an alcoholic, let\u2019s be clear.\u201d<\/p>\n But Huger’s mid-season trailer bombshell came when she is seen sitting opposite interviewer Cohen, 57, who says, “Here we are. While attending the same\u00a0BravoCon<\/strong>, the mother of three, 44, shared that she\u2019s feeling much better these days.<\/p>\n \u201cI see it as a miracle,\u201d Mellencamp\u00a0told\u00a0Extra<\/em><\/a>. \u201cI feel so beyond grateful that I\u2019m feeling better and that I\u2019m able to be there more for my kids and my\u00a0family. I have such amazing friends and support system that\u2019s really gotten me through, and so I\u2019m just, I\u2019m grateful.\u201d<\/p>\n She continued, “There\u2019s going to be good days and there\u2019s bad days.
