Sophie Gr\u00e9goire is opening up about her separation from her estranged husband Justin Trudeau as he and Katy Perry go public with their romance.<\/p>\n
During an appearance on the Arlene Is Alone podcast on November 12, Gr\u00e9goire, 50, spoke about the emotional challenges that come with seeing an ex move on.<\/a><\/p>\n When host Arlene Dickinson asked how she had handled the publicity surrounding Trudeau<\/a>, 53, and Perry<\/a>, 41, Gr\u00e9goire said, \u201cWe\u2019re human beings and stuff affects us. Normal. How you react to stuff is your decision. So I choose to try to listen to the music instead of the noise.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019m very aware that a lot of public stuff out there can be triggers. Right, we\u2019re humans,\u201d she said. \u201cWhat I do with it is my decision. The woman I want to become through this is my decision.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cDoes that mean I don\u2019t have emotions? That I don\u2019t cry, scream, laugh? No. Especially that I\u2019m a super tender heart, right?
