Andy Richter<\/a><\/strong> was dubbed the “People’s Princess” and won the hearts of thousands during his time on Dancing With the Stars<\/em>. The 59-year-old comedian may no longer be in the running for the Mirrorball<\/a>, but he’s still being celebrated as one of the most joyous parts of DWTS<\/em> Season 34.<\/p>\n “We took a rainy excursion over to The Grove to see the billboard that @siriusxm put up to celebrate my DWTS<\/em> run,” Richter captioned a Nov. 15 Instagram post<\/a>. “Sweet!”<\/p>\n “Look, look! I’m on a billboard,” Richter said in the video portion of the post. “Sirius XM, thank you so much. I’m on a billboard!”<\/p>\n The electronic sign featured Richter’s head and text that reads: “From all the Fandys at SiriusXM Andy Richter will always be our star.”<\/p>\n “That\u2019s fricken awesome,” Alan Bersten commented on the post.<\/p>\n “Wait! THATS AMAZING!!!” Richter’s pro partner Emma Slater commented.<\/p>\n “FANDY FOR LIFE,” one fan commented. “Omg I love this,” said another. “You really are the people\u2019s princess Andy.”<\/p>\n “Get this man his own mirrorball!!!!!!!!,” reads another comment. “Andy, this is great!,” another added. “You touched so many people\u2019s lives, including my own!”” Xoxoxo”<\/p>\n Richter’s DWTS<\/em> tenure meant as much to him as it did to fans watching and voting. “It just feels like I\u2019m being held up and carried,” Richter said of his experience on the show.<\/p>\n Now, fans on Reddit<\/a> think Richter should do Alan Cumming’s Traitors<\/em> next. He’d be a great competitor and Fandys would absolutely tune in to watch.<\/p>\n Richter’s nine week run on Dancing With the Stars<\/em> came after receiving his highest scores during the 20th Birthday show. Despite his elimination, Richter’s fans, lovingly called “Fandys,” think he went out on a high, calling it the “most satisfying elimination<\/a>” in the show’s history.<\/p>\n The running for the Mirrorball continues without Richter.
