The sound didn\u2019t work, but Leila\u2019s face spoke volumes.<\/p>\n Mathison used the caption to explain what was going on in the FaceTime and try to reason with the haters.<\/p>\n \u201cAt first, she was troubled by how despicable my character was, but then after reading the comments with so much hate and aggression towards me she needed to FaceTime and talk it out\ud83e\udd79,\u201d he expressed in the caption.<\/p>\n The former Hallmark star<\/a> went on to remind the haters that he has a family that is impacted by the negativity and that he\u2019s simply doing his job.<\/p>\n \u201cJust posting this as a gentle reminder that when we make comments on social media,\u00a0 these people have kids and families and friends and are real people. Remember everyone, it\u2019s just a character and I\u2019m just doing my job\ud83d\ude0e I love my job and I\u2019m so grateful for all the support that I\u2019ve got through the years believe me.
