NASHVILLE, Tennessee \u2014 Todd Snider, a beloved alt-country and Americana singer-songwriter known for his witty lyrics, has died at 59, his team confirmed his death on his Instagram page Saturday<\/a>.<\/p>\n In a Friday post<\/a>, his family and friends said the singer developed serious breathing problems and was hospitalized in Hendersonville, Tennessee.
