Swift squeaks in by months: her debut single, \u201cTim McGraw,\u201d arrived in June 2006.<\/p>\n \u201cThis is the youngest artist to ever appear on our ballot,\u201d Linda Moran<\/strong>, president and CEO of the Songwriters Hall of Fame, told USA Today.
