A closer look at \u201cLoser\u201d might reveal an answer.<\/span><\/p>\n In the official announcement for <\/span>Deadbeat<\/span><\/i>, representatives for Tame Impala said that lyrically, the album follows Parker channeling an endless bummer, with words focused on self-deprecation. It\u2019s got synths that follow a beat, choppy snares and dancy patterns. There is a four-on-the-floor element throughout the track, and it\u2019s one of the most psychedelic sounding instrumentals Parker has laid down in a Tame Impala song in over a decade.<\/span><\/p>\n The provided formula for <\/span>Deadbeat<\/span><\/i> seems to check out.
