Christina Ricci<\/strong><\/a>, Melissa Gilbert<\/strong><\/a> and more Hollywood stars are speaking out in the wake of Megyn Kelly<\/strong><\/a>\u2019s controversial remarks about late convicted pedophile, Jeffrey Epstein.<\/p>\n During the November 12 episode of Sirius XM\u2019s The Megyn Kelly Show<\/em>, the former Fox News personality claimed that Epstein \u201cwas into the barely legal type,\u201d seemingly insinuating that he was not, in fact, a pedophile.<\/p>\n \u201cHe liked 15-year-old girls. And I realize this is disgusting. I\u2019m definitely not trying to make an excuse for this. I\u2019m just giving you facts, that he wasn\u2019t into, like, 8-year-olds,\u201d she said. \u201cBut he liked the very young teen types that could pass for even younger than they were, but would look legal to a passerby.\u201d<\/p>\n Kelly stated that \u201cthere\u2019s a difference between a 15-year-old and a 5-year-old.\u201d<\/p>\n The number of children and young women who were sexually abused and sex trafficked by Epstein, who died by suicide while incarcerated in 2019, is currently unknown, though reports estimate the number is more than a thousand. According to one lawsuit filed in the Virgin Islands, some of his victims were as young as 11 years old.<\/p>\n After Kelly\u2019s comments went viral, several stars spoke out against her.
