He shared his perspective in a section titled: &#8220;And, yes, go to the gym.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Dick told the Sunday Times: &#8220;I still try to hit the gym three times a week. I don&#8217;t know why this is something I still want to do but it is. I&#8217;m not a &#8216;wake up and go back to bed&#8217; type just yet, unless it&#8217;s cold and rainy.&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>He starts with sit-ups before moving on to his legs and finally focusing on his upper body. However, he pointed out that his legs deserve special attention, referring to them as two of his &#8220;most cherished possessions&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>It is recommended that older adults engage in some form of physical activity daily, emphasizing its potential to improve health and reduce the risk of stroke and heart disease.<\/p>\n<p>It suggests that individuals aged 65 and over should be physically active daily, participate in activities that promote flexibility, balance, and strength (at least twice a week), and accomplish at least 150 minutes of what it terms &#8220;moderate intensity activity&#8221; each week.<\/p>\n<p>It proposed that people could do 75 minutes of &#8220;vigorous intensity activity&#8221; if they are already active (or a combination of both).
