The video was directed by<strong> Keith J Leman<\/strong> and blends skate culture visuals with dynamic band performance footage.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking about the track, band leader <strong>Dave<\/strong> <strong>Mustaine<\/strong> says, <em>\u201chow many times have you wanted to say this to someone? I know you want to! Deep down inside, if we had the balls, we would tell more people, \u2018I don\u2019t care\u2019 more often.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>On the music, <strong>Mustaine<\/strong> adds, <em>\u201cpart of the main riff in this track had been floating around in my head since we did <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/distortedsoundmag.com\/album-review-the-sick-the-dying-and-the-dead-megadeth\/\"><strong>TSTD&amp;TD<\/strong><\/a>, so I was pumped to start recording <strong>I Don\u2019t Care<\/strong>\u00a0for this LP. I really love the guitar nuances in the track. There is the main rhythm riff, next, a very deliberate down-picking part, next, the octave chords with jump picking on octave notes (while still down-picking!).
