The Country Music Association has revealed the presenters and special guests for the 59th Annual CMA Awards<\/a><\/strong>, and one announcement in particular is already generating major buzz: Billy Ray Cyrus<\/a><\/strong> and Elizabeth Hurley<\/a><\/strong> are officially making their first U.S. red carpet appearance together.<\/p>\n The Grammy-winning singer-songwriter and the actress-model \u2014 who went public with their relationship<\/a> last spring \u2014 have previously walked red carpets in the U.K. and Italy but have never appeared together at a U.S. awards show until now.
