Rolling Loud co-founder Tariq Cherif says they\u2019ve made the \u201cmax offer\u201d to Drake<\/a> to perform at the festival, but no dice.<\/p>\n In a livestream with Adin Ross and DJ Akademiks over the weekend, Cherif spoke about Rolling Loud headliners and took a minute to address why Drizzy hasn\u2019t performed at the popular hip-hop festival.<\/p>\n More from Billboard<\/strong><\/p>\n \u201cYo, facts,\u201d Cherif said at the 1:54 mark of the livestream<\/a>, when the chat broached the subject of Drizzy headlining Rolling Loud. \u201cI send an offer to Drake every year. \u2026 We send him our max offer, millions of dollars.\u201d<\/p>\n Elsewhere, Cherif also said the artist formerly known as Kanye West is always welcome at Rolling Loud. \u201cThat\u2019s my guy,\u201d Cherif said. \u201cI love Ye. Don\u2019t let anybody tell you different. I love Ye, always. Whenever he wants to come, he\u2019s welcome.\u201d<\/p>\n Ye was infamously set to headline the Miami edition of the festival back in 2022, but pulled out at the last minute. He then returned in 2024 with Ty Dolla $ign<\/a>, though the pair only played songs from their album Vultures 1.<\/p>\n The international hip-hop festival \u2013 which already has editions in California, Florida and Thailand \u2013 will debut its first festival in Mumbai, India, this weekend<\/a>. Headliners include Central Cee, Wiz Khalifa, Karan Aujla and Don Toliver.<\/p>\n \u201cWe never imagined Rolling Loud would take us all the way to India \u2014 it\u2019s incredible,\u201d Rolling Loud co-founders and co-CEOs Matt Zingler and Tariq Cherif said in a joint statement. \u201cThe hip-hop scene in India has been booming, and bringing the festival to Mumbai felt like the right decision.
