\nenvironments were built on valuing time and tenderness just as much

Turning to the role of business leaders in particular, the
\nPrincess did not shy away from calling for a cultural shift in the
\nworkplace. She said: \u201cAs business leaders you will face the daily
\nchallenge of finding the balance between profitability and having a
\npositive impact. But the two are not, and should not be
\nincompatible.\u201d<\/p>\n
Her challenge was anchored in the conviction that caring work \u2013
\noften \u201cquiet\u201d and \u201cinvisible\u201d \u2013 deserves recognition and respect.
\n\u201cI believe in restoring the dignity to the quiet, often invisible
\nwork of caring, of loving well, as we look to build a happier,
\nhealthier society.\u201d<\/p>\n
