The appropriately-titled <em>Oxis 8 <\/em>arrives in January, and Oxis is announcing the record today with its lead single &#8220;Guili.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Of the new album, Oxis says in a press release:<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>Music for me is not a planned thing. Nothing in life is. The pain and beauty of it all is that nothing is constant, and when something feels sensitive and powerful you have to bite at it quickly, or else it disappears. That\u2019s how I made <em>Oxis 8<\/em>. Capturing whatever felt tangible when I sat at my computer.
