Former Dancing With the Stars<\/em><\/a> pro Sasha Farber<\/strong><\/a> has nothing but support for his ex-wife Emma Slater<\/strong><\/a> and her new boyfriend, Alan Bersten<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cMy boyfriend is a finalist. Again,\u201d Slater, 36, captioned an Instagram video on Tuesday, November 18. \u201cWhat a pure champion. I\u2019m so proud of you.\u201d<\/p>\n

Slater posted a video of her and Bersten, 31, kissing after it was announced that he and celebrity partner Elaine Hendrix<\/strong> would be moving forward to the DWTS<\/em> finale next week.<\/p>\n

\u201cAnd im SO PROUD OF YOU @elaine4animals!! I have a kiss for you also btw,\u201d Slater\u2019s caption continued. \u201cCongratulations you both, you BOTH deserve it so so much. Team Elaine.\u201d<\/p>\n

Bersten commented, \u201cI love you baby,\u201d on the post, but eagle-eyed fans were more interested in Farber\u2019s comment.<\/p>\n

\u201cCongrats guys,\u201d he wrote, alongside a hand-clapping emoji. Slater responded, \u201cThanks Sash.\u201d<\/p>\n

Slater and Farber were together for years, even getting engaged on DWTS<\/em> in 2016. The two got married in 2018 but by 2023, they decided to call it quits<\/a>. Their divorce was finalized<\/a> in 2024.<\/p>\n

Slater offered insight into what went wrong in their marriage during an appearance on \u201cThe Viall Files\u201d podcast in 2023. It seems their split was about expanding their family.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s interesting because I do want to have kids, I just don\u2019t want to delay Sasha\u2019s path in having kids because I know that he is ready for that,\u201d she explained. \u201cI don\u2019t want to talk about him too much because that\u2019s really for him to say, but it\u2019s about kids.\u201d<\/p>\n

She added, \u201cI do want kids. I don\u2019t know what it is, I\u2019m just figuring that out for myself. It\u2019s not something I take lightly and I don\u2019t want to enter into something that I\u2019m not sure about because I would never do that.\u201d<\/p>\n
