Actresses Anya Taylor-Joy<\/a> and Jenna Ortega<\/a> have joined the jury of the Marrakech Intl. Film Festival, which takes place from Nov. 28 to Dec. 6.<\/p>\n

Also on the jury are filmmakers Celine Song<\/a>, Julia Ducournau<\/a>, Karim A\u00efnouz<\/a> and Hakim Belabbes<\/a>, as well as actor-director Payman Maadi<\/a>. \u201cParasite<\/a>\u201d director Bong Joon Ho<\/a> is the jury president, as previously announced.<\/p>\n

The jury is tasked with judging the 14 first and second feature films presented in an official competition dedicated to discovering new international talent.<\/p>\n

British-American actress Taylor-Joy rose to fame in \u201cThe Queen\u2019s Gambit<\/a>\u201d and further established herself in \u201cFuriosa: A Mad Max Saga<\/a>\u201d and \u201cDune: Part Two<\/a>\u201d; U.S. actor Ortega<\/a> is the star of the series \u201cWednesday\u201d and the film \u201cBeetlejuice Beetlejuice<\/a>\u201d by Tim Burton<\/a>; and Canadian Song<\/a> is the director of the Oscar nominated \u201cPast Lives<\/a>.\u201d<\/p>\n
