Hi Royal Clubbers,<\/p>\n

It\u2019s Alex, HELLO!\u2019s US royal news correspondent (if you don\u2019t remember me, I introduced myself in <\/span>this post last month<\/a><\/strong>). You\u2019ll be hearing quite a bit from me now as I have arrived in London for a three-month visit, and I think this is a lovely way to start.<\/span><\/p>\n

Earlier this week, I had the privilege of going to a preview of \u201cLady Glenconner: My Life in Objects.\u201d For those of you unfamiliar with Anne Veronica Tennant, Baroness Glenconner, she was a maid of honour at Queen Elizabeth II\u2019s coronation in 1953 and a lady-in-waiting to Princess Margaret. <\/p>\n

In an <\/span>auction at Bonhams<\/a><\/strong>, starting today, Lady Glenconner is selling a selection of personal items, including gifts she received from members of the British royal family. <\/span>Take a look at some of the treasures being auctioned off in my video below<\/strong>.
