NEW ORLEANS (WGNO<\/a>) \u2014 Noah Wyle will be the 2026 Orpheus Monarch when the parade rolls on Lundi Gras, Feb. 16 at 6 p.m.<\/p>\n The multi-Emmy winning actor and producer is best known for his various contributions to HBO Max\u2019s hit medical drama, \u201cThe Pitt.\u201d In only the show\u2019s second season, Wyle won two Emmy Awards for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Drama Series and Outstanding Drama Series.<\/p>\n Gwen Stefani, Blake Shelton to perform at 2026 Endymion Extravaganza <\/a><\/p>\n Prior to \u201cThe Pitt,\u201d Wyle led the hit TV drama, \u201cER,\u201d for 15 seasons playing \u2018Dr. John Carter.\u2019 He received three Golden Globe nominates and five Emmy Award nominations. Wyle has contributed to a slew of other projects as well.<\/p>\n In addition to Wyle being the monarch for the Krewe of Orpheus, the Krewe will also bring back five Monarch alums to join the Mardi Gras festivities.
