M\u00f6tley Cr\u00fce is celebrating the 45th anniversary of the band\u2019s debut next year by going on tour.<\/p>\n
The band will kick off \u201cThe Return of The Carnival of Sins\u201d tour<\/a> on July 17 in Pennsylvania and conclude it on Sept. 26 in Washington. The 33-date tour will include a stop at Xfinity Center in Mansfield<\/a> on Aug. 1, 2026.<\/p>\n Not only will the tour commemorate M\u00f6tley Cr\u00fce\u2019s 1981 debut, it will also mark 20 years since the band\u2019s groundbreaking \u201cCarnival of Sins tour,\u201d giving fans a chance to experience a reimagined show and updated setlist.<\/p>\n \u201cBringing back the spirit of Carnival of Sins has been a blast, and we wanted to take it even further for its 20th anniversary,\u201d M\u00f6tley Cr\u00fce said in a joint statement. \u201cThis new show is for the Cr\u00fceheads who\u2019ve been with us through it all and for the new Cr\u00fceheads who didn\u2019t get to experience Carnival of Sins last time around. Get ready \u2014 we\u2019re coming your way and we can\u2019t wait to see you next summer.\u201d<\/p>\n A presale will begin Wednesday at noon local time while general on-sale tickets will be available starting at 9 a.m. Friday. Through the M\u00f6tley Cr\u00fce Giveback Initiative, $1 from every ticket will be donated to ASAP!<\/a> (After School Arts Program). The initiative works to provide students with hands-on programs in music and the arts.<\/p>\n M\u00f6tley Cr\u00fce had been teasing the \u201cReturn of the Carnival of Sins\u201d on social media the past few days by posting pictures of sword swallowers<\/a>, two-headed snakes<\/a> and even a \u201cgoat-headed boy.\u201d<\/a> The announcement comes roughly six weeks after the band wrapped up their 2025 Las Vegas residency. The residency was postponed<\/a> after lead singer Vince Neil had multiple strokes<\/a> just after Christmas last year.<\/p>\n In a September interview with SiriusXM\u2019s Eddie Trunk<\/a>, Neil said he felt \u201c95 percent good\u201d during the residency, but added he was still getting used to performing again.<\/p>\n \u201cThere\u2019s things that I can\u2019t do on stage still. It\u2019s hard to run back and forth on that stage,\u201d the singer said. \u201cThat stage is so huge. But I\u2019m getting used to it.\u201d<\/p>\n In addition to Neil, M\u00f6tley Cr\u00fce consists of bassist Nikki Sixx and drummer Tommy Lee. It is unclear if original guitarist Mick Mars, who left the group in 2022<\/a>, will be joining the tour.<\/p>\n To coincide with the tour\u2019s announcement, M\u00f6tley Cr\u00fce is selling<\/a> the \u201cTheatre Of Pain 40th Anniversary Deluxe\u201d box set in honor of the band\u2019s 1985 album.
