As a child, Duchess Meghan<\/a> wasn\u2019t satisfied with horseshoes or hopscotch.<\/p>\n

In her December 2025\/January 2026 cover story for Harper\u2019s Bazaar<\/em><\/a>, the Duchess of Sussex embraces her status as a true millennial, by revealing that she used to play a game with her friends that was based off the cult \u201990s dating show Studs<\/em>.<\/p>\n

\u201cI was such a little nerd,\u201d she tells features director Kaitlyn Greenidge. \u201cMy entire identity was wrapped up in being the smart one. There used to be this show \u2026 I\u2019m dating myself, but do you remember Studs<\/em>?\u201d<\/p>\n

The As Ever<\/a> founder goes on to reveal that she and her peers would pretend they were on the show, and Meghan would typically fill the role of host.<\/p>\n

\u201cAfter school, kids would enact a little makeshift version of Studs<\/em> to play,\u201d Meghan says. \u201cThey were like, \u2018Well, Meghan can be the host.\u2019 I had the personality type of \u2018I can help coordinate, I can help organize, and I can facilitate.\u2019\u201d She adds: \u201cI think I\u2019m probably the same now.\u201d<\/p>\n

Of course, Meghan is no stranger to the game-show world, having been a regular on Deal or No Deal<\/a> <\/em>from 2006 to 2007, where she served as a briefcase holder across 34 different episodes. Eventually, she moved on to bigger things when she landed her breakout role on the legal drama Suits<\/a><\/em>.<\/p>\n

With her and Prince Harry\u2019s recent Netflix deal<\/a>, Meghan has returned to the TV world, launching her lifestyle reality series, With Love, Meghan<\/a><\/em>, this past March, with a holiday special<\/a> set to air on December 3. (She is also joining the cast<\/a> of Close Personal Friends<\/em>.) <\/p>\n

As for whether she might host a dating show? Well, we\u2019ll probably have to hold out for that one.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
