Kim Kardashian<\/a> isn’t dismissing her career plans anytime soon.<\/span><\/p>\n

Nearly two weeks after the “All’s Fair” actress shared that she didn’t pass the California bar exam<\/a>, she revealed that she had been studying again even before the results came out.<\/span><\/p>\n

“Discipline is a form of self-respect,” Kardashian told journalist <\/span>Martha Debayle<\/a> in a joint interview<\/a> with costar <\/span>Niecy Nash published Nov. 19. “When I finished the bar, I came home and started studying and writing essays. I just loved the routine of studying. I would continue that process just to be prepared for the future if I needed to take it again.”<\/span><\/p>\n

She even recalled mom <\/span>Kris Jenner urging her to put the books down, explaining, “Everyone would be like, ‘Stop. You took it already. Stop studying. Stop writing essays. Stop doing this.'”<\/span><\/p>\n

For the 45-year-old \u2014 who shares kids <\/span>North, 12, <\/span>Saint, 9, <\/span>Chicago, 7, and <\/span>Psalm, 5, with ex <\/span>Kanye West \u2014 studying had become a staple in her day-to-day.<\/span><\/p>\n

“That’s something I can control,” she reflected. “Maybe it’s a control freak. But I love that space and I love living in that space no matter what.”<\/span><\/p>\n

And when Kardashian learned that she didn’t pass the exam \u2014 which is the final step to becoming a licensed lawyer in California \u2014 she took the news as divine timing.<\/span><\/p>\n

“I’m not someone who will ever give up,” she emphasized. “I always look at things in a timing perspective. That just wasn’t my time. and I’m OK with that. I instantly knew that it’s a bigger lesson and that I just have to do better and try harder and get back at it.”<\/span><\/p>\n

But that doesn’t mean “The Kardashians” star didn’t have some negative feelings about her results.<\/span><\/p>\n

“I don’t really get disappointed, even though I’m bummed that it wasn’t the outcome that I wanted because I did put in the time,” she explained. “It is frustrating when you try so hard at something and it’s not the result you want.”<\/span><\/p>\n

However, she emphasized that although it wasn’t her time to pass, “it will be soon.”<\/span><\/p>\n

Kardashian knows that it’s all fair in becoming a lawyer, noting that she won’t be giving up anytime soon.<\/span><\/p>\n

“Six years into this law journey, and I’m still all in until I pass the bar,” she wrote in a post on her Instagram stories Nov. 8. “No shortcuts, no giving up \u2014 just more studying and even more determination. Falling short isn’t failure \u2014 it’s fuel. I was so close to passing the exam and that only motivates me even more.”<\/span><\/p>\n
