Spencer Lofranco, a bright young actor best known for his roles in \u201cGotti\u201d and \u201cUnbroken,\u201d has died.<\/p>\n
He was just 33.<\/p>\n
The actor\u2019s brother, Santino Lofranco, shared the news of his passing on social media.<\/p>\n
\u201cTo the legend @roccowinning. My brother,\u201d he wrote on Instagram. \u201cYou lived a life only some could dream of. You changed peoples\u2019 lives, and now you are with God. I will always love you and miss you Bear.\u201d<\/p>\n
No cause of death has been shared, but TMZ reported<\/b><\/a> that his passing is being investigated in British Columbia, Canada.<\/p>\n Lofranco was a native of Toronto. According to his IMDB, he made his acting debut in \u201cAt Middleton,\u201d a romantic comedy that was produced in 2013. And in 2014 he had the lead as James Burns in the film, \u201cJamesy Boy.\u201d He also had roles in \u201cUnbroken,\u201d \u201cDixieland,\u201d \u201cHome,\u201d \u201cKing Cobra,\u201d and in 2018 he was in \u201cGotti.\u201d<\/p>\n He starred alongside such actors as John Travolta, Alicia Silverstone, Riley Keough, Steve Earle, Faith Hill, Ving Rames, James Woods and Andy Garcia.<\/p>\n \u201cUnbroken\u201d was directed by Angelina Jolie.<\/p>\n The young actor also faced trouble off the big screen back in 2013. Entertainment Weekly reported<\/b><\/a> that he was sentenced to 50 days community service, two-year\u2019s probation and ordered to pay $161,000 in restitution for his involvement in a hit-and-run that left a cyclist with a broken hip.<\/p>\n \u201cGotti\u201d was his last reported role.<\/p>\n
