The moniker stands for the trail of disabled people Lopez Uriarte left behind as part of his brutal attacks.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">The shout-out enraged the city\u2019s then-police chief Julian Leyzaola.
